Yet Another Reason I Hate Verizon Wireless

Because when I call
even the customer service lady is confused. She has to call me back! Call me back!
It isn't that she's stupid. In fact, she was quite friendly and helpful. Their policies are that damned stupid and senseless.
And I'm supposed to be happy with my experience, how?
it's got to be better than sprint. the automated system is enough to make me want to hang myself.
